According to our experiences, more than 30% of the Gerber data that we received do have some issues, generally, unclear or missing information, conflicts between the Gerber data and specifications.

According to the knowledge on products and customers, our technicians resolve these issues quickly, and prepare the Manufacturing Instruction (MI) clearly for operators in factory to ensure all special requirements are acknowledged before moving ahead with production and hence prevent delays and reducing production cost to accommodate all customers' needs.
