Customer Services
Continual improvement is driven by our corrective action process, which is applied across all functional groups. The corrective action process identifies containment activities, action plans, root cause analysis and corrective actions which are co-managed by process owners and verified by QA engineers for effectiveness. We will discuss the complaints from customers during the weekly quality meetings and follow up the latest status closely and evaluate the effectiveness of the measures, in order to prevent same issue happen again. |
